I did the challenge this week. My smart goal was to run 30km this week, to have 80km totally for June. I decided to have every morning 4-5km, and in last day the rest of the distance.
Just in one day, I run 4km, the others I did 5k, and today I already ran 7km, so have 1km bonus 😂😂😂.
The experience was excellent, I had a friend for accountability, the first 2-3 days were strange to get out each day, but that I felt running like a routine, like coffee in the morning.
